DJ OGGY is ready to add yet another big remix to his impressive résumé. The resident DJ of The Mayan nightclub in Los Angeles now serves up his take on Matoma & MAGIC! – Girl At Coachella (ft. D.R.A.M.)
Matoma is a Norwegian tropical house producer who first made his name with Free Fallin Tropical Mojito Remix (John Mayer Tribute).
BIG TROPICAL HOUSE REMIX FROM THE HAND OF DJ OGGY!
Oggy gets straight down to business with his DJ OGGY FESTIVAL REMIX which is heavy on the tropical house tip. Strong chords and an infectious flute set the tone. The beat is more club oriented than the original. Oggy turns it up a notch while still keeping a chilled out mood to it.
The Tokyo Mo Beats Remix is not as heavy and and has a bit more of a pop feel to it.
Other recent work by Oggy includes the remix he did for MØ – Drum. Oggy’s beats seamlessly add to the vocals and his vision gives a new perspective to the very popular song. Download here.
He also delivered a high energy original production featuring none other than legendary FATMAN SCOOP.
“NOW” (Tokyo MO Beats Original Mix) serves up a roller coaster ride of panning-programming madness and lush uplifting power chords. FATMAN SCOOP finishes off the track nicely with his signature shouts providing that ultimate weekend energy everyone longs for.
